- If you want to return the product, please contact us by email within 14 days from the time you receive your order.
- Purchases may be returned to us in their original, brand new condition (unworn, unmodified, and unscratched) with all papers and accessories.
- In case the product was wrong or defective – we will also refund the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost.
- The defectiveness and wrongness of the product will be checked by our engineers upon receipt.
- If the product is not wrong, works correctly and you want to return it for any other reason – you will be responsible for payment of the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost.
- If the package is an international any customs/duty related expenses, will be deducted from your refund.
- Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond bitLighter’s control, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
How to Return an Item
- Pack your return items into a sturdy, external box.
- Set the value of the item as the number we will give
- Send it by the cheapest method that has tracking to the address we will give. (For example First-Class Package International Service by USPS)
- If all return items were received according to our policy, we will start a refund or replacement process within 7 business days.
